All verbal reservations are considered contracts and

a deposit will be charged immediately. Our verbal reservation

system will be followed by an email for you to look over and make

any necessary adjustments. While your signature or acknowledgment

to the email is requested, they are not 100% necessary. By giving all of

the requested information verbally you will have completed the reservation and agreed to  the contents of the email that was explained to you over the phone during the reservation process. This makes reservations more convenient and hassle free for those who can not always be next to thecomputer.

If you are not sure that you want to book it, do not give your

credit card number or other info. By giving the information requested you agree to an immediate an non refundable deposit. If for any reason you need to cancel, you must cancel via email and over the phone if giving less than 2 weeks notice of your cancellation.
